(They can go anywhere in the hotel except for the dining room - breakfast room, according to normal rules in accommodation facilities. The consortium that manages our section of beach lets guests walk with their pets in the pedestrian area, but they are not allowed under the sun umbrellas).

OUR OFFER

At our hotel we offer two different accommodation options, designed to meet the needs of every guest.

Services Included in Both Accommodation Options
Rates include accommodation in a room with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, smart TV and satellite, safe, air conditioning, minibar, Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel, sea-view terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a clothes drying rack.
Private parking and elevator are also included.
The tourist tax is NOT included in the price.
It amounts to €1,60 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
Children up to 9 years of age are exempt.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash directly at the hotel.

Rate With Beach Included (limited availability)
Rates include a reserved beach spot for the entire duration of the stay.
Each beach spot consists of a dedicated area of approximately 4 × 4 meters (16 m²), ensuring much more space, comfort, and privacy than in the past.
Each spot is set up by default for three people, with one umbrella, two sun loungers, and one deck chair, offering greater comfort and freedom of movement even during peak hours.
Lifeguard service and related beach services are included.
Note:
a) The number of umbrellas and sun loungers per room does not vary based on the number of guests per room, in accordance with municipal regulations.
b) The beach establishment, which owns and manages the beach spots, assigns hotels a limited number of spots arranged in rows, from the front row closest to the water to those further back. With the Guaranteed Beach Package, a spot is always assured, but its location may vary from day to day. Upon arrival at the beach, guests may freely choose among the spots still available for that day.

Standard Rate
This option does not include beach service.
Guests may independently use the free beach or nearby beach establishments, under terms and rates not affiliated with or managed by the hotel.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are considered to be confirmed upon payment of a deposit to be sent upon confirming the booking, by bank transfer or credit card to guarantee the booking.
Payment method in the hotel:
- Cash payments (up to € 4,999.99 according to laws in force).
- Electronic payments by credit or debit card belonging to the Bancomat, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro circuits.
- Payment by cheque is only accepted if delivered 5 days prior to the check-out date

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

The rooms, beach spot and car parking are available from 12.00 am (Check-in) on the arrival day and until 10.00 am (Check-out) on the departure date.

You can arrive before the check-in time subject to availability of the room and parking space, in the meantime you can use the beach service.

On your departure date, any room availability, beach service and car parking until 8:00 pm will be subject to a supplement
