OUR OFFER<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At our hotel we offer two different accommodation options, designed to meet the needs of every guest.<\/p>\n

Services Included in Both Accommodation Options<\/strong>
\nRates include accommodation in a room with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, smart TV and satellite, safe, air conditioning, minibar, Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel, sea-view terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a clothes drying rack.
\nPrivate parking and elevator are also included.
\nThe\u00a0tourist tax is NOT included\u00a0in the price.
\nIt amounts to\u00a0\u20ac1,60 per person per night, up to a maximum of\u00a010 consecutive nights.
\nChildren up to\u00a09 years of age\u00a0are exempt.
\nThe tourist tax must be paid\u00a0in cash directly at the hotel.<\/p>\n

Rate With Beach Included (limited availability)<\/strong>
\nRates include a\u00a0reserved beach spot for the entire duration of the stay.
\nEach beach spot consists of a dedicated area of approximately\u00a04 \u00d7 4 meters (16 m\u00b2), ensuring\u00a0much more space, comfort, and privacy\u00a0than in the past.
\nEach spot is set up by default for\u00a0three people, with\u00a0one umbrella, two sun loungers, and one deck chair, offering greater comfort and freedom of movement even during peak hours.
\nLifeguard service and related beach services\u00a0are included.
\nNote:<\/em>
\na) The number of umbrellas and sun loungers per room does not vary based on the number of guests per room, in accordance with municipal regulations.<\/em>
\nb) The beach establishment, which owns and manages the beach spots, assigns hotels a limited number of spots arranged in rows, from the front row closest to the water to those further back. With the\u00a0Guaranteed Beach Package, a spot is always assured, but its location may vary from day to day. Upon arrival at the beach, guests may freely choose among the spots still available for that day.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nGuests may independently use the free beach or nearby beach establishments, under terms and rates not affiliated with or managed by the hotel.<\/p>\n

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bookings are considered to be confirmed upon payment of a deposit to be sent upon confirming the booking, by bank transfer or credit card to guarantee the booking.
\nPayment method in the hotel:
\n- Cash payments (up to \u20ac 4,999.99 according to laws in force).
\n- Electronic payments by credit or debit card belonging to the Bancomat, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro circuits.
\n- Payment by cheque is only accepted if delivered 5 days prior to the check-out date<\/p>\n

CHECK-IN \/ CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The rooms, beach spot and car parking are available from 12.00 am (Check-in) on the arrival day and until 10.00 am (Check-out) on the departure date.<\/p>\n

You can arrive before the check-in time subject to availability of the room and parking space, in the meantime you can use the beach service.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For late arrivals or early departures, the management reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the cost of the room booked, up to a maximum of 3 days.<\/p>\n

A no-show on the arrival date implies the possible loss of the entire deposit.<\/p>\n

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or an adult with the minor's parental consent form.
